Crossfit Dodgeball

On hot days in Mebane, NC Crossfit Kids Mebane will be inside.

The WOD was the kids favorite, Crossfit Dodgeball

When a player is out they must perform various Crossfit Exercises.

Proper Form

Squatting is one of the most productive if not the best exercises out there. 

 It is one of the most difficult to learn as well.   At Crossfit Mebane we teach proper form.  

 Randy DeAngelo is Crossfit Certified and USA Weightlifting Certified. 

Coach DeAngelo has taught many of us in Mebane to squat with proper form.
