Crossfit Kids is a national strength and conditioning program where kids ages 7—13 are improving athletic performance through a fun and competitive strength training program.
Family Fitness, Adults and teens can take Kettlebell Pump™ and the kids can attend Crossfit Kids at 9AM.
Crossfit Kids Cost $40 per Month. $10 per week in the summer
